Explore how active curiosity and reverent listening become a spiritual practice. Discover the sacredness of understanding before reacting — even in conflict.

Week 3:
Speak from the 'I'

“Who are you? Stand in your spiritual authority.”
Practice self-expression rooted in clarity and compassion. Through meditation and reflection, you’ll learn to speak with integrity, not performance — and leave with a new picture of yourself.

Week 4: If Something Heard Bothers You, Say So — and Why

“Not to force where I think I want to go, but to watch the illusion of going unfold…”
Enter the tunnel of the mind. We explore the power of staying present with discomfort, projection, and inner truth. This is spiritual listening under pressure — and your practice ground for peace.

Week 5: Expanded Awareness

“After having had this exchange, how has your awareness expanded?”

Our closing circle reflects on how sacred listening has shifted our perception, our presence, and our path forward. When we are aware, we are free to choose.
