A For Giving Place

Updated: Mar 1

These daffodil shoots are the evidence of a burgeoning and inevitable Spring just beneath what has been a particularly heavy spate of winter’s ice and cold.  They show us that we need only be our power-filled selves, despite circumstances.

"I am here, anyway," they say.

"I grow, anyway."

"I am what I am."

Any way.

This is forgiveness: the ability to return again to our perfect God nature--of giving freely, of growing freely, of expressing freely our unique gifts of beauty, harmony, and joy, no matter the circumstances.

How Divine the invitation is to simply be, yes? And, yet, how difficult it can be--to be wholly ourselves, despite the real physical and emotional pains we encounter in life of three dimensions.

For unlike daffodils, we have been given a magnificent faculty to think and, thereby, create our own experiences, which means all day long we create our own experiences, despite circumstances.

Do we align ourselves with our True nature of God or with the reflections of this world in which we are having our being? Are we willing to return to our True nature of God when we find ourselves deep in reaction to the reflections and projections of this world we are in?

Forgiveness is Divine; but, rarely easy. Join me March 31, 2026 in A For Giving Place.
